Caught by cracked sidewalk
white blooms darken underfoot
branch into fault lines

  2. Like this one - very much. Fault lines has such a great double meaning - whose fault is it that we tripped on the tree's beauty? ☺

    1. I like the way you put that, Tanita. Funny how nature doesn't give a hoot about blame, and yet, there are fault lines everywhere.
